Madam., Kaylynn, Williford, Harris County, assistant Dist. Atty., Commits, perjury

The president of Paradise Cove Property Owners Association, Madam. Kaylynn Williford Harris County assistant Dist. Atty., states in her sworn affidavit “While there is no height restrictions in feet and inches in the deed restrictions on the homes in block 8, all seven (7) of the homes are approximately the same height at the ridgeline of the roof given the variance in the land elevation.” Madam. Kaylynn Williford Harris County assistant Dist. Atty. You just committed perjury on a sworn affidavit. The Texas 11th Court of Appeals states, “Additionally, the height of the Shotwell and Hanson homes is also comparable to the height of the five homes in block 8 that appellant has not alleged to be greater than one-story.” The judges should have looked at the evidence instead of racketeering and conspiring to commit fraud with the Madam.
