Trinity River Authority, Army Corps of Engineers, Paradise Cove

The Trinity River Authority of Texas, Lake Livingston project, has guidelines for construction, placement, operation and maintenance of piers, wharves, boathouses, docks, buildings, boat slips, boat stalls, fixtures or other facilities on Lake Livingston.

1. All piers, boat houses, and boat slips constructed on Lake Livingston shall be one story in design and be used for storage of water crafts and other equipment associated with water related recreational activities.

The Army Corps of Engineers, Department of the Army Permit, special conditions. 5. This permit does not allowed a covered second story.

Paradise Cove. The deed restriction. 2. All homes in block eight (8) will be single story only. Block eight is the waterfront.

I would like to know how Judge Madam Elizabeth Coker 258th District Court of San Jacinto County Texas, retired Judge H. R. Towslee 335th Judicial Court, The State of Texas in the 11th Court of Appeals panel consists of; Wright, C. J., McCall, J., and Strange, J. would rule if the Trinity River Authority of Texas or The Army Corps of Engineers were the plaintiffs in a law suit and someone told them their second story in their boathouse was an attic.
